应用型本科高校教师发展需求调查——以C学院三类教师群体为样本

【摘要】 为进一步丰富和提升大学教师发展服务工作的内容与能力,运用问卷的形式对一所高校教师开展了"大学教师教学发展与培训需求调查"。结果显示:总体教师获得培训机会较少;教师教学培训需求意识比较强烈;培训专家选择外校者占主流倾向;希望培训方式多样化;教学培训时间上不赞成占用法定休息时间等。该调查中,也体现相互两方面矛盾,一是供需矛盾,二是教师们的被动要求与主动诉求的矛盾。几点建议:更新教师发展中心的服务理念与满足教师个性化发展需求;营造教学文化氛围,施以隐性激励,实现自我学习与发展;实行分属性的教师群体发展项目开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 A questionnaire survey of university teachers’ teaching development and training needs was carried out to teachers of a college, in order to enrich and enhance the content and ability of university teachers’ development service. The results shows that the whole teachers get too less training opportunities; the teachers’ consciousness of needing to train is strong; the training expert holds mainstream tendency; the training methods need to be diversified; training time should not take statutory rest time and so on. The survey also reflects the contradiction between the two sides: the first contradiction is between supply and demand, and the second is between the passive demands of teachers and active demands. A few suggestions are that we would be to update service concept and mode of teachers development center and to meet the needs of personality development of teachers; create a cultural atmosphere with the implicit incentive, promote self-learning and self-development; put into effect classified project of teacher group development.更多还原
