【摘要】 目的了解本地区男性居民慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患病率及轻度COPD的吸烟指数。方法以整群随机抽样方法选择茂名市城区5个街道办40周岁以上男性居民进行问卷调查、体格检查及肺功能检测。结果共有1 892男性接受调查,其中完成肺功能检查者1 583例。COPD总患病率为12.82%,其中吸烟、非吸烟者患病率分别为17.42%、7.94%。203例COPD中,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级COPD占75.86%,Ⅰ级COPD的吸烟指数为300~500。结论茂名城区男性COPD总患病率高于全国平均水平,Ⅰ级COPD的吸烟指数为300~500。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and smoking index of mild COPD in urban men of Maoming City. Methods The male residents aged 40 above were chosen from 5 streets in Maoming city by cluster random sampling and underwent questionnaire survey, physical examination and pulmonary function test. Results A total of 1 892 men participated in the survey and 1 583 subjects completed pulmonary function tests. The overall prevalence rate of COPD was 12.82%, of which the prevalence was 7.94% in non-smokers and 17.42% in smokers. Grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ COPD accounted for 75.86% in 203 cases, and smoking index of Grade Ⅰ COPD was 300-500. Conclusion The prevalence of COPD in Maoming city is higher than the national average level and the smoking index of Grade Ⅰ COPD is 300-500.更多还原
