废水预处理格栅控制系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 本文根据废水预处理格栅部分的工艺要求,分析了格栅液位测量方法及自控方式,给出了控制系统现场PLC控制站的组成,并设计出预处理控制系统主程序流程图和格栅部分控制子程序流程图。

【Abstract】 According to the technological requirements of wastewater pretreatment grille,this article analyzes the measurement and control way of the grille liquid level,and shows the constituent parts of the PLC control system in the control station.It designs the main program flow chart and subroutine flow chart of grille part in the sweage pretreatment control system.
