【摘要】 大学生课外科技竞赛活动参赛作品存在着错失专利申请良机、代理机构不积极以及专利申请数量低下等问题。以"第十三届‘挑战杯’广东大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛"参赛作品的专利申请情况为例,分析大学生课外科技竞赛活动中专利申请存在的问题,剖析问题存在的原因,并提出一种基于创新点提炼的专利挖掘方法,为高校学生课外科技作品的专利挖掘和提炼提供参考。更多还原
