【摘要】 立足于广东省航道系统航标工作船船型特点,引入层次分析法,并综合考虑技术、经济、安全、环保节能等因素影响,设定12个评价指标,以此建立广东省航标工作船船型标准化的综合评价体系,把定性分析与定量计算有机地结合起来,避免仅凭某个或少数几个指标来选择方案的片面性,使标准船型的选取更具有科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of beacon vessel in Guangdong province, the scientific comprehensive evaluation system of ship type standardization is established, which adopts AHP method to make the organic combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation. Meanwhile, In order to avoid the one-sided approach of choosing a solution by one or a few indicators, 12 evaluation indexes of beacon vessel in Guangdong province are set to make the selection of standard ship is more scientific under comprehensive consideration of technology, economy, safety, environmental protection and energy saving.更多还原
