包容型再生混凝土抗压强度与弹性模量的实验研究与分析

【摘要】 以再生粗骨料部分或全部替代天然骨料制成再生骨料混凝土试块进行抗压强度及弹性模量的测试,寻求再生混凝土满足和易性要求时,再生混凝土抗压强度与弹性模量随再生粗骨料替代率之间的关系;利用多相介质的Mori-Tanaka理论计算骨料随机分布时复合材料的有效弹性模量,预测再生粗骨料混凝土有效弹性模量的变化范围,实验结果恰好位于预测结果范围内,证明实验结果的可靠性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we use recycled coarse aggregate partly or totally instead of natural aggregate to make recycled aggregate concrete block and give compressive strength and elastic modulus test on it to find out the relationship between recycled concrete compressive strength and elastic modulus with recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate while meeting the workability requirement of recycled concrete; Mori-Tanaka of multiphase medium theory is used to calculate the elastic modulus of the composite aggregate random distribution in order to predict the effective elastic modulus variation range of recycled coarse aggregate concrete. The result of the experiment is predicted results within the scope of the proved the reliability of the experimental results.
