【摘要】 目的检测并探讨高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其影响因素分析。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测95例非小细胞肺癌(实验组)和27例癌旁组织(对照组)中HMGB1蛋白的表达水平,分析HMGB1蛋白表达的影响因素。结果在NSCLC组织中HMGB1的阳性表达率(51.6%)明显高于癌旁组织(18.5%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HMGB1蛋白表达的阳性率与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),而与组织学分型、转移、分化程度和临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 HMGB1在NSCLC组织中高表达,可能可以作为非小细胞肺癌早期辅助诊断以及预后判断的一项临床指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect and discuss the expression and influence factors of high mobility group box-1protein(HMGB1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HMGB1 in 95specimens of NSCLC and 27 specimens of peritumorial tissues,and the influence factors of HMGB1 protein expression was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate in NSCLC tissues(51.6%)was higher than that in pertiumorial tissues(18.5%),and the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression was correlated with histological subtypes,metastasis,differentiation,and clinical stages(P<0.05),but was not correlated with gender and age(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of HMGB1 increases in NSCLC,thus it may be used as a clinical index for early diagnosis and prognosis of NSCLC.更多还原
