【Abstract】 In the past forty years,as the basic system of rural governance in China,the villagers’ self-government has played a positive role. So far,the social and economic structure of the countryside has undergone profound changes,which requires the grassroots governance to keep pace with the times and continue to innovate. Community autonomy is a new mode of villager autonomy. It is the theory and practice of the rural residents as masters of the country in the new period. Under such a circumstance it is imperative and has a bright future. But Community autonomy also needs to be developed from the aspects of governance goals,governance principles and governance systems so as to make it mature and perfect.更多还原
