【摘要】 目的探讨快速检测肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)在急性心肌梗死患者急诊中的临床应用价值。方法将120例急性心肌梗死患者随机平均分为A、B、C三组。A组患者检测心电图,采用12导联法;B组给予快速检测肌钙蛋白T,C组进行血清心肌酶检测。比较三组患者检测结果的准确率。结果 C组阳性符合率最高,为92.50%,A组符合率为60.0%,B组符合率为87.50%;B、C组间比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);A组阳性符合率远低于B、C组符合率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在拟诊到确诊的时间间隔方面,心电图用时(8.43±2.31)min,快速检测c Tn T需要(40.12±2.44)min,血清心肌酶用时(145.54±3.65)min。结论急检肌钙蛋白T对急性心肌梗死患者的急诊中耗时较短,准确率较高,值得临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical application value of rapid detection of troponin T in patients with acute myocardial infarction in the emergency. Methods A total of 120 acute myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C. Group A were given ECG with 12 lead,troponin T was detected rapidly in group B,the serum myocardial enzyme was detected in group C. The accuracy of test results of three groups were compared. Results The positive coincidence rate of group C was highest as 92. 50%,the coincidence rate of group A was 60. 0%,and 87. 50% in group B,there was no significant difference between the group B and group C( P > 0. 05),and the positive coincidence rate of group A was lower than that of group B and group C,the differences were significant( P < 0. 05).
