基于NLTLs的脉冲压缩技术及应用研究
Research and application of compression technology based on NLTLs
【摘要】 脉冲放电等离子体及其应用是脉冲功率技术民用领域极具前景的发展方向之一。为了推动脉冲放电等离子体理论与应用技术的研究和发展,文章着重研究了NLTL脉冲压缩技术,设计了一款基于NLTLs的脉冲压缩电路,使得原本200ns的脉宽的脉冲压缩到10ns以内。该脉冲输出可应用于大气压常温等离子体射流激励。
【Abstract】 Pulsed discharge plasma and its applications are one of the most promising directions in the field of pulsed power technology civil applications. In order to promote the research and development of pulse discharge plasma theory and application technology, this paper focuses on the research of NLTL pulse compression technology, and designs a pulse compression circuit based on NLTLs, which compress the pulse of 200 ns pulse width to 10 ns. The pulse output can be applied to the atmospheric pressure normal temperature plasma jet excitation.
