【摘要】 数字化车间技术是用户端电器行业克服产业长期存在的问题,提升产品质量、提高生产效率、缩小与国外企业生产管理与制造水平上的差距,实现制造的柔性化与智能化的主要方向,是行业当前的发展热点。分析当前数字化车间在用户端电器行业内的发展现状,阐述数字化车间体系架构模型。最后,给出企业内实际数字化车间建设案例,包括设备层建设、执行层建设、数据集成实现,并对其建设成效进行分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digital workshop technology is one of the main development direction of user side electrical apparatus industry. It will overcome several long-standing problems of the industry,improve product quality as well as production efficiency,narrow the gap of management and manufacturing level between domestic and foreign companies,and finally achieve flexible and intelligent manufacturing. Currently,it is the hot spot in development process of the industry. This paper analyzed the current development status of digital workshop in the industry. The architecture model of the digital workshop was expounded. Finally,an actual digital workshop construction case was given,including equipment layer construction,execution layer construction and data integration implementation,and after all the construction effects were analyzed.更多还原
