风电参与提供柔性爬坡容量的调度模型与策略
Scheduling Model and Strategy of Wind Power Providing Flexible Ramp Capacity
【摘要】 随着风电渗透率的增长,对系统柔性调度提出了更严格的要求,由常规机组提供的柔性爬坡容量更加不足。为了满足系统对柔性爬坡容量不断增长的需求,可以考虑让风电参与提供爬坡容量。对风电参与提供爬坡容量的系统实时运行过程进行建模,考虑到负荷及风电的不确定性,以两阶段随机性模型来描述实时机组组合及实时经济调度。第一阶段代表实时机组组合过程,保证在第二阶段实时经济调度过程中可以提供足够的爬坡容量。探讨了风电参与提供爬坡容量的调度策略,仿真分析表明,风电参与提供爬坡容量可有效提高风电场及系统运行整体经济效益。
【Abstract】 With increase of wind power penetration, more stringent requirements are put forward for flexible scheduling of power system. In order to meet increasing demand for flexible ramp capacity of the system, wind power can be taken into account to provide ramp capacity. In this paper, real-time operation process of wind power system is proposed, taking into account uncertainty of load and wind power; and a two-stage stochastic model is used to describe real-time unit commitment and real-time economic dispatch. The first stage represents real-time unit commitment process, providing enough ramp capacity of real-time economic dispatch in the second stage. This paper explores how to make wind power to participate in scheduling strategy. Simulation results show that wind power participating in provision of ramp capacity can effectively improve overall economic benefits of wind farm and system operation.
