某养护中心办公楼两种支撑框架对比分析

【摘要】 对于地处8度区的某养护中心办公楼,根据传统抗震设计方法,必须选用框架-抗震墙结构体系,然而这样将导致工程造价增加,并且部分建筑使用功能也会受到限制,为此,本文提出采用普通支撑框架结构体系或BRB支撑框架结构体系来替代传统的框架-抗震墙结构体系,并对两种支撑框架结构进行小震反应谱和大震弹塑性时程分析对比,分析表明BRB支撑框架结构在小震下的受力性能和大震下的耗能减震性能均优于普通支撑框架结构。

【Abstract】 The office building of a maintenance center is located in 8 degrees region,and thus,according to the traditional seismic design method,the frame shear wall structure system must be used,but the traditional design method will lead to that the project cost has an increase and part of the building function will be limited. Therefore,this paper adopted the ordinary braced frame or the BRB braced frame structure system to replace the traditional frame shear wall structure system,and then,compared and analyzed the response spectrum under a small earthquake and the seismic elastic-plastic time history analysis under a rare earthquake for the two supporting frame structures. The results show that the BRB braced frame has a better seismic performance under a small earthquake and a better energy dissipation performance under a rare earthquake than the ordinary frame structure.
