【摘要】 该文基于产业转移和区位选择理论,首先构建了河北省县域产业承接力评价的指标体系;其次采用熵值法,测评了河北省县域承接京津产业转移的综合能力,结果发现2005-2014年县域产业承接力逐步提高,但推动要素发生了改变,土地、人口等基础类指标对产业承接力的贡献在降低,经济、市场、政府等发展类指标的贡献在上升,河北省县域具备了承接京津产业转移的能力;最后对县域产业承接力的空间格局进行了分析,结果发现承接能力较高的县域数量较少,且多分布在中心城市以及交通条件优越的区域周围,河北省县域环绕京津的区位优势并未体现出来,如何将区位优势转变为承接优势是县域在京津冀产业转移过程中需要迫切解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of industry transfer and location choice,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system about industry accepting ability of county in Hebei Province.Using the method of entropy,the paper evaluates the ability of accepting transfer industry from Beijing and Tianjin,and it is found that the industry accepting ability has improved gradually from 2005 to 2014.But the component factors of industry accepting has changed.The importance of basic indexes such as land and population are reduced,and the developing indexes including economy,government and market play an increasingly important role.In the analysis of spatial pattern about industry accepting ability,the paper has found that the counties which have high accepting ability are less,and these counties are around major urban centres or near the arteries.The urgent problem that needs to be solved is to convert the advantage of location to the advantage of industry accepting in the process of industry transfer of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.更多还原
