【摘要】 目的:探究代谢综合征和妊娠期糖尿病的相关性及风险性。方法:选取本院产科检查出空腹血糖异常或糖耐量异常的妊娠孕妇300例为观察组,选取同时间段妇科检查结果正常的妊娠孕妇300例为对照组。测定两组孕妇孕24周、产后12周、产后1年的血生化指标与身体质量,并对结果进行分析。结果:观察组的身体质量与对照组的数据对比,结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义;观察组的空腹血糖量、糖耐量与血压等数据与对照组对比,结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义;血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与低密度胆固醇等数据与对照组对比,结果(P>0.05)无统计学意义;观察组身体质量与各项代谢指标异常的人数均多与对照组,数据对比结果(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:代谢指标异常说明孕妇患有妊娠期糖尿病的风险会增加,可将之视为妊娠期糖尿病患者的重要识别指标之一,通过改善代谢综合征以达到降低妊娠期糖尿病的发病率的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the correlat ion between gestational diabetes and metabolic syndrome and risk.Selection.Methods:Our hospital maternity check out abnormal fasting glucose and glucose tolerance abnormal pregnancy,300 cases of pregnant women as the observation group,selection period of department of gynaecology results of normal pregnancy,300 cases of pregnant women as control group.Determination of two groups of pregnant women at 24 weeks,12 weeks postpartum,who had reached 1 year of blood biochemical indexes and body mass,and the Results are analyzed.Results:Observation group of body mass data comparison with control group,the results(P < 0.05) was statistically significant;Observation group of fasting glucose and glucose tolerance and blood pressure data compared with the control group,the results(P<0.05) was statistically significant;Serum triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density cholesterol data such as compared with control group,the results no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Observation group physical quality and the number of the metabolic abnormalities were more with the control group,data comparison results(P <0.05) was statistically significant.Conclusion:The metabolic abnormalities that can increase the risk of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,can be regarded as gestational diabetes patients,one of the important indicators to identify by improving the metabolic syndrome in order to reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes.更多还原
