带有保护器的汽车起动机耐久实验平台的系统设计
Durability experiment platform system design of auto starter with protector
【摘要】 针对带有保护器的汽车起动机的特点设计了一种节能型耐久实验平台,首先分析起动机保护器功能的具体需求,对起动机耐久实验平台的硬件结构和启动逻辑进行了优化,分析了测试程序中的典型故障逻辑,在实施了起动机的有效耐久测试的同时,通过发电机回收了发动机能源,最后通过实践证明了系统设计的有效性。
【Abstract】 An energy-saving durability experimental platform was designed according to the characteristics of the automobile starter with protector.The requirements for the starter protector to realize its function was analyzed.The hardware structure and enable logic of the starter durability experiment platform were optimized.The typical fault logic in the test program was analyzed.As ensuring the durability test of the starter,the energy of the engine was recycled with an electric generator.Finally,the practical results show that the design is effective.
