爆炸强气流灭弧防雷间隙研究

【摘要】 为了解决架空输电线路的雷击问题,研制了一种对建弧率有强烈抑制效果的爆炸强气流灭弧防雷间隙装置,使雷电流通过闪络路径流入大地,同时喷射出大量高压、高速电负性气体迅速熄灭工频续流电弧。建立了爆炸强气流耦合工频电弧的数学模型,运用有限元分析软件AUTODYN分别对爆炸气流场和耦合气流场进行仿真。进行了爆炸强气流截断工频续流电弧试验,并借助摄像机和示波器模拟记录输电线路雷击时灭弧防雷间隙中工频续流电弧的发展变化情况。试验结果表明,爆炸强气流灭弧防雷间隙能在0.4 ms内完全熄灭电弧并抑制重燃。

【Abstract】 To solve the lighting strikes of overhead power transmission lines, this study create a mechanism of an explosive strong airflow arc-extinguish lightning protection gaps with strong inhibitory effect for arc-establishing rate, which makes the lightning current pass into the Earth. At the same time a large number of high-pressure injections, high-speed electronegative gases rapidly extinguish frequency wheeling arc. Based on the mathematical model of explosive strong airflow of coupling frequency arc built in this study, thus finite element analysis software AUTODYN is used to analysis coupled explosion flow field and flow field simulation respectively. Experiments on explosive strong airflow cutting off frequency continuous-flow electric arc are conducted. The developments of continued flow of arc in lightning frequency in mine clearance are recorded by using cameras and oscilloscope.The results show that a strong explosive airflow completely extinguished the arc gap within 0.4 ms and inhibit re-combustion.
