【摘要】 目前在音乐类非物质文化遗产的保护和传承过程中,吉林省尚处于起步阶段,很多方面都亟待我们去完善和解决。当前,吉林省音乐类非物质文化遗产总量较少,且存在非遗传承人稀缺,对其重视程度不够,对非遗的采风、录音等收集工作不够到位等现实困境。因此,在吉林省音乐类非物质文化遗产保护传承的问题上,应坚持生命原则、创新原则、整体原则和人本原则,鼓励社会群体和民众积极参与,加大政府扶持力度,吸纳各方面力量共同参与保护工作。同时还应注重大数据时代下的传统音乐数据分析和收集保存,建立传承人的保障体系,建设保护基地(区)。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the process of protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of traditional music,Jinlin Province is at the initial stage,with a lot for us to refine. This paper explores the present condition of intangible cultural heritage of traditional music,analyzes the method of protection and inheritance,explores the way to solve the problems. We need to adopt long-term attitude and protection and management of high standard.
