【摘要】 目的探讨补腰健肾汤口服联合肾腧穴贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效及机制的研究。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症为诊断而收入院的患者86例,随机分为2组,对照组43例予临床常规治疗,试验组43例予补腰健肾汤口服联合肾腧穴贴敷治疗。比较2组治疗前后VAS、ODI、LFR评分,血清TNF-α、MMP3、CGRP及IL-1α水平变化。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后的VAS、ODI评分,TNF-α、MMP3、CGRP及IL-1α水平均明显降低,LFR评分明显升高;治疗后与对照组比较,试验组VAS、ODI评分,TNF-α、MMP3、CGRP及IL-1α水平均明显低于对照组,试验组LFR评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补腰健肾汤联合肾腧穴贴敷能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症腰部疼痛,改善腰部运动功能障碍,具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical observation and mechanism of lumbar disc herniation treated by Buyao Jianshen decoction combined with renal acupoint application. Methods 86 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group(n=43) were treated of clinical routine treatment, treatment group(n=43) were treated Buyao Jianshen decoction combined with renal acupoint application. The levels of VAS, ODI, LFR, serum TNF-α, MMP3, CGRP and IL-1α were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of VAS, ODI scores, TNF-α, MMP3, CGRP and IL-1α significantly decreased, levels of LFR scores significantly increased in 2 groups after treatment. Compared with the control group, levels of VAS, ODI score, TNF-α, MMP3, CGRP and IL-1α in the treatment group were lower, LFR scores were significantly higher, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Buyao Jianshen decoction combined with renal acupoint application can relieve the lumbar pain of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and improve the motor function of lumbar and have a good clinical curative effect.更多还原
