液氨罐车泄漏扩散模拟研究

【摘要】 基于高斯烟羽模型的基本原理和方法,运用ALOHA模拟软件,对液氨罐车泄漏扩散进行了综合分析和模拟计算,得出不同危险等级扩散距离和伤害范围。结合当地的环境条件,通过ALOHA模拟,研究风速、温度、湿度及地面粗糙度单一因素对扩散距离和危险范围的影响。研究结果表明:当其他条件不变时,随着风速增加,扩散距离减小,危险范围降低;温度的升高使得大气对流和湍流增强,氨在湍流的作用下扩散距离增加,危险范围增加;空气湿度对扩散距离无影响;地面粗糙度越高,扩散距离和危险范围越低。

【Abstract】 Based on the basic principle and method of Gaussian plume model,the ALOHA simulation software is used to analyze and simulate the leakage and diffusion of liquid ammonia storage tank,and the diffusion distance and damage range of different dangerous grades are obtained.Then the effects of wind speed,temperature,humidity and ground roughness on diffusion distance and danger range were studied by ALOHA simulation according to the local environmental conditions.The results show that when the other conditions remain unchanged and the wind speed increases,the diffusion distance and the hazard range decrease.The increase of temperature makes the atmospheric convection and turbulence increase,the diffusion distance of ammonia under the effect of turbulence increases,and the danger range increases.The air humidity has no influence on the diffusion distance.The higher the ground roughness is,the lower the diffusion distance and the danger range are.
