【摘要】 2015年国家发改委等发布的《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》提出鼓励沿线国家重要城市之间互结友好城市,并指出友城工作在"一带一路"中的重要作用。已缔结友好城市的交往成果表明,友城渠道是推动区域交流和中外合作的先导者和重要途径。本文分析中外友城交流经验,分析"一带一路"战略合作背景下,加速发展友好城市的重要性和挑战,提出民心相通、传统文化先行、发展地方特色项目等友好城市合作发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Vision and Actions on Jointly Building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st-Century Maritime Silk Road, issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments in 2015, was to encourage important cities located alongside to become friendship cities and has strengthened the significance of friendship cities work in the Belt and Road Initiative. Existing friendship cities show that this channel is a pioneer and an important way to prompt regional exchanges and Chinese-Foreign cooperation. Based on the past experience, the paper analyzes the significance and challenges of accelerating friendship cities development under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative and puts forward some suggestions, such as people-to-people bond, spreading traditional culture, setting up special projects with local characteristics, and so on.更多还原
