【Abstract】 This article through the analysis of space steering governance and governance of the space to construct a " spatial governance" concept,the construction process is also a process of reflection,found from the administrative concept and policy framework of " regionalization management" is the concept of " spatial governance" concept to practice and perfect policy path.
