SEC-MALS测定聚丙烯酰胺衍生物分子量
Determination of molecular weight of polyacrylamide derivatives with SEC-MALS
【摘要】 以0.3mol/l NaCl与0.003mol/l NaN3的水溶液为流动相,采用体积排阻色谱结合多角度激光光散射(M A L S)及示差折光联用技术测定了淀粉接枝聚丙烯酰胺衍生物的分子量及其分布。结果表明,此种衍生物在该流动相中的折射率增量为0.149m l/g,重均分子量为1.04×106,均方根半径为46.9n m,其分子在流动相中呈适当松散的球状多支链构型。在上述研究基础上,本文重点介绍了此种分子量测定技术在MALS检测器校准、样品归一化处理、折射率增量测定及进样分析的具体操作步骤和方法。
【Abstract】 0.3mol/l NaCl and 0.003mol/l NaN3 mixed aqueous solution selected as the mobile phase, the molecule weight and its distribution of starch-acrylamide graft copolymer were determined with size exclusion chromatography analysis combined with multiangles laser light scattering and refractive index detectors. The results show that the refractive index increment of the copolymer is 0.149 ml/g, weight average molecular weight is 1.04×106, the root mean square radius is 46.9nm; spherical and highly branched polymer configurations appeare in the mobile phase. In this article was also introduced the methods for the calibration of MALS detector, normalization processing, determination of the refractive index increment and the operating procedure for samples feeding in detail.
