一种自动控温混水阀系统的设计

【摘要】 自动控温混水阀以机械式混水阀的调温原理为蓝本,具有自动温控、结构简单、维护和使用方便等优点,但现有设计多数不依赖PID算法控制,在管网水压不稳地区自动控温效果一般,使用者体验不佳。以AT89C52单片机为系统控制核心,用3组DS18B20温度传感器进行多点温度采集,结合温度闭环负反馈PID算法控制,用步进电机为温度调控动力源,完成自动快速控温混水阀的设计。该混水阀可快速实现水温预置、自动控温调节、温度显示和声光报警等功能。基于Proteus的电路仿真设计和实验实际测试结果表明,该系统具有较高的可靠性。

【Abstract】 Based on control temperature principle of mechanical mixing valve,the automatic mixing value has the advantages of automatic temperature control,simple structure,convenient repair and application.But the most of current design is not based on PID algorithm control,users feel not good when pipeline pressure is unstable for automatic temperature control.A fast automatic temperature control mixing value is designed by combining the AT89C51SCM system which is controlled by PID closed-loop negative feedback with 3sets of DS18B20temperature sensor to get temperature data and control the temperature,it can realize water temperature of presetting,automatically adjusting and displaying as well as for audible and visual alarm.Proteus-based circuit simulation design and experimental testing results show that the system has high reliability.
