【摘要】 政府信用既是一个重要的理论问题,也是一个重大的现实问题,本文基于公共性的视角对政府信用的相关问题展开了深入的分析与探讨,从政府信用产生的逻辑入手对政府信用的内涵进行了界定与公共性分析,从政府实际的运行状况出发系统地提出了权力行为、责任行为、伦理行为、服务行为以及公共形象五个公众认知与评价政府信用的依据,并从这五个方面有针对性地论述了当前提升政府信用的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Government credit is not only an important theoretical problem,but also a significant practical problem.This paper analyzes and discusses the related problems of the government credit from the perspective of publicness.From the logic of government credit,This paper puts forward five kinds of public cognition and evaluation of government credit from five aspects: power behavior,responsibility behavior,ethical behavior,service behavior and public image from the actual situation of the government.This paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the government credit.更多还原
