【摘要】 目的观察和评价化痰祛瘀方对痰瘀互结型高脂血症的临床疗效,探讨从痰瘀互结及肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调为主要病机的角度论治高脂血症。方法收集痰瘀互结型的高脂血症患者60例,采用随机平行对照方法分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例,试验组患者服用化痰祛瘀方,对照组服用瑞舒伐他汀钙片(可定),总疗程为60d。然后分析比较各组患者服药前后血脂、中医病情、中医证候等指标的变化。结果化痰祛瘀方对痰瘀互结型高脂血症(TC、TG LDL-C)方面具有明显降脂作用,其中在降低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)方面与瑞舒伐他汀钙片(可定)相当,降胆固醇(TC)方面稍逊于瑞舒伐他汀钙片(可定);降甘油三脂(TG)和改善痰瘀互结证中医总体症状方面明显优于瑞舒伐他汀钙片(可定);化痰祛瘀方对痰瘀互结型高脂血症患者的血脂有很好的治疗作用,且在降TG及改善中医证候方面优于对照组。结论化痰祛瘀方对痰瘀互结型高脂血症治疗在症状改善、血脂及蛋白水平调节、伴随疾病治疗方面优于对照组,说明化痰祛瘀方对痰瘀互结型高脂血症有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Huatanquyu Decoction on Phlegm and hyperlipidemia,and to explore the method of treating hyperlipidemia from the perspective of phlegm and blood stasis and dysfunction of liver,spleen,and kidney as the main pathogenesis.Methods Using random parallel control method,sixty patients with hyperlipidemia of phlegm and blood stasis type were divided into experiment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the experiment group took Huatanquyu decoction,and patients in the control group took Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets(set),with the total course of treatment 60 days.Then the changes of blood lipids,TCM condition and TCM syndromes were analyzed and compared before and after the treatment.Results Huatanquyu Decoction had obvious lipid-lowering effect on hyperlipidemia(TC,TG LDL-C),and it could match Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets(Crestor)in lowering density lipoprotein(LDL-C).It was slightly inferior to Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets(Crestor)in lowering cholesterol(TC),and it was significantly better than Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets(Crestor)in reducing TG and improving the general symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis.Huatanquyu Decoction on Phlegm and blood stasis type of blood lipid in patients with hyperlipidemia had good therapeutic effect,and was better in the experiment group in reducing the glycerin three greases(TG)and improving the TCM syndrome than in the control group.Conclusion Huatanquyu Decoction on Phlegm and blood stasis is better than the treatment in the control group in treating hyperlipidemia in improvement of symptoms,regulation of blood lipid and protein,concomitant disease treatment,which shows that Huatanquyu Decoction on phlegm and hyperlipidemia has obvious curative effect.更多还原
