基于机器视觉的精密类玻璃管质量检测系统
A Quality Inspection System for Precision Glass Tube Based on Machine Vision Technology
【摘要】 介绍了一种用于精密类玻璃管的质量检测设备。该设备基于机器视觉技术,辅以旋转检测机构,精确地检测生产线中的精密玻璃管的尺寸及特定缺陷,从而剔除超过规格要求的产品。同时,为满足计量标定的需要,本设备可将合格产品分为多个档次,并通过分选机构自动筛选出来。
【Abstract】 A kind of quality inspection device used for quality control of precision glass tube was introduced. Based on machine vision technology and revolving inspection mechanism the device can measure the size of precision glass tube and detect the particular defects on the production line and also can remove the rejects which do not meet the requirements of product standard. Meanwhile,by setting up the particular parameters the device can separate the accepted products into several grades automatically through a sorting mechanism of this quality inspection device.
