【Abstract】 A kind of quality inspection device used for quality control of precision glass tube was introduced. Based on machine vision technology and revolving inspection mechanism the device can measure the size of precision glass tube and detect the particular defects on the production line and also can remove the rejects which do not meet the requirements of product standard. Meanwhile,by setting up the particular parameters the device can separate the accepted products into several grades automatically through a sorting mechanism of this quality inspection device.更多还原
