【摘要】 随着全民健身上升为国家战略,体育产业规模逐渐庞大,借助"互联网+"开放融合的核心理念,整合体育院校图书馆乃至全国体育系统的信息资源,建立健全全国体育文献资源保障体系迫在眉睫。主要采用文献资料法、对比分析法等对国内外的文献资源保障体系进行研究,并与国内体育文献资源保障体系进行对比,在分析目前国内外文献资源保障体系建设情况及"互联网+"发展现状的前提下,指出了我国目前建设体育文献资源保障体系中存在的诸如管理体制不健全、数字资源建设缺乏统一标准、工作人员思想观念落后和宣传力度不足等问题。并从国家政策、体育事业发展现状及"互联网+"的技术应用方面分析了"互联网+"环境下我国体育文献资源保障体系的发展机遇,最后结合现存问题及发展机遇,提出了我国体育文献资源保障体系发展的途径与策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the national fitness rising to national strategy,the scale of sports industry is gradually huge; based on the open fusion idea of "Internet + ",integrating information recourses of libraries in sports colleges and the national sports system,and establishing and improving the national sports literature resources guarantee system are imminent. This study analyzed the literature resource guarantee systems at home and abroad,and compared them by the methods of literature review and contrastive analysis. After analyzing the current situation of construction of literature resource guarantee systems and development of"Internet + "at home and abroad,this study pointed out that there are some problems existed in the construction of China’s sports literature resource guarantee system such as the management system is not perfect,the digital resource construction is lack of unified standard,the staff’s ideological concept is backward and the propaganda strength is insufficient. Study also analyzed the development opportunity of China’s sports literature resources guarantee system under the"Internet + "environment from the aspects of national policy,current development situation of sports,and application of"Internet + "technology. Finally,study pointed out the development ways of China’s sports literature resources guarantee system by combining with the existed problems and development opportunities.更多还原
