基于结构方程模型的高校教育服务满意度研究

【摘要】 文章中首先给出了顾客满意度和学生满意度的概念,然后分析了影响顾客满意度的因素,并重点关注了美国顾客满意度指数模型。最后,结合我国高等教育的实际情况,建立了一个适合我国高等学校的学生满意度指标模型。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we give the concepts about customer satisfaction index and student satisfaction index at first.Then we analyze the influencing factors about customer satisfaction, we focus our attention on the ACSI model. At last,Combined with the actual situation of Chinese higher education, we established the student satisfaction index model suitable for Chinese universities.
