汽车制造企业的社会责任战略研究
Research of Social Responsibility Strategy of Automobile Manufacturing Enterprises
【摘要】 分析了进入21世纪经济全球化带来的贸易全球化,为世界汽车制造企业间的竞争带来巨大压力。目前,我国汽车制造企业进入发展的黄金时期,同时也面临着国内外的竞争与挑战。阐述了社会责任战略的基本理论,进而分析汽车制造企业的现状与存在的问题,最后结合奇瑞汽车公司的案例,从政府、社会、汽车制造企业三个方面提出了实施社会责任战略的建议,以期促进汽车制造企业的可持续发展。
【Abstract】 In the 21 st century,the globalization of trade brought by economic globalization has brought great pressure to the competition among automobile manufacturers in the world.At present,China’ s automobile manufacturing enterprises to enter the golden age of development,facing domestic and international competition and challenges.It sets forth the theory of social responsibility strategy in the paper,and then analyzes the present situation and existing problems of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Finally,taking Chery Automobile Company as an example,three aspects of their own recommendations to carry out social responsibility strategy are put forward from the government,society and automobile manufacturing enterprises so as to promote the sustainable development of automobile manufacturing enterprises.
