煤矿层状岩体压力拱演化规律的相似模拟
Simulation on Evolution Characteristics of the Pressure Arch in Bedded Rock at Coal Mining
【摘要】 采动作用下的岩体应力转移变化所形成的压力拱特征研究,对于采矿岩层控制和巷道围岩稳定具有重要的科学价值。基于理论分析和相似材料物理模型实验,分析了综放工作面上覆岩层变形破坏形态及其应力转移变化规律,证实了采矿矿压以压力拱的形式转移。研究表明:采煤工作面推进后,伴随着采场岩层应力的不断转移和调整,将在采场岩层中形成一个承担上覆岩层重力的压力拱,其空间形态近似为长轴在开采面推进向短轴与工作面平行向的鸡蛋壳形厚壁结构。工作面初采开始后,随其推进距离的增加,压力拱向周边岩层深部延伸;拱体厚度增大、拱内岩层应力升高。
【Abstract】 Research on evolution characteristics of pressure arch in coal mining has important scientific value in solving the mining strata control and roadway stability. Based on theoretical analysis and equivalent material simulation,fracture modes of overlying strata and law of stress transference in surrounding rock were analyzed,the dynamic mining pressure transferring in the form of pressure arch was conformed. It is showed that pressure arch in the adjoining rock after coal mining is approximately egg-shaped and thick-wall closed structure,with long axis in the trend of working face and short axis parallel to the working face. With the increase of working face’s driving distance,the inner boundary of pressure arch extends,arch body becomes thicker and stress in the arch body increases.
