【摘要】 研究生招生工作是我国高端人才培养的首要关口,其过程的公平性可以反映一所高校的管理水平及管理理念。本文从信息的公开性、招生制度的完善性、招生流程的规范性及选拔方式的合理性、评判标准的一致性、导师及管理人员自身素质等几方面具体分析了影响高校研究生招生公平性的因素,并对进一步改进研究生招生工作提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the first pass of the training of high-end talents in our country,the fairness of the process of the graduate enrollment work could reflect the management level and management concept of a university. Objectively speaking,the transparency of information,normalization of procedure and rationality of selection may have an impact on the fairness of the enrollment,and from a subjective point of view,the participation of the supervisors and management personnelare likely to be human factors of the enrollment.This paper discusses the factors that affect the fairness of graduate enrollment from the two perspectives,and also puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the graduate enrollment.更多还原
