芩榆散防治仔猪细菌性腹泻试验

【摘要】 目的:探究芩榆散防治仔猪细菌性腹泻效果。方法:预防试验取45 d龄仔猪160头,随机分为芩榆散低、中、高剂量组与药物对照组,分别在饲料中添加0.25%、0.5%和1%的芩榆散,药物对照组添加100 mg/kg·w的肠支康,连续添加7 d,统计停药后4 w内腹泻发生率。治疗试验取52 d龄腹泻仔猪80头,随机分为芩榆散低、中、高剂量组与药物对照组,分别在饲料中添加0.5%、1%和2%的芩榆散,药物对照组添加200 mg/kg·w肠支康,连用5 d,停药后统计有效率。结果:芩榆散可有效防治仔猪腹泻,推荐预防剂量按0.5%添加入基础日粮,连用7 d,推荐治疗剂量为1%混饲,连用5 d。结论:芩榆散可以用于仔猪细菌性腹泻的预防和治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the prevention and control effect and the mechanism of Qinyu powder against bacterial diarrhea in piglets. Methods: In the prevention experiment,one hundred and sixty 45-day-old piglets were divided into four groups. The piglets in the experimental groups were added with 1%,0. 5% and0. 25% of Qinyu Powder respectively for seven consecutive days,while the piglets in the drug control group were added 100 mg/kg·w Changzhi-kang. The incidence of diarrhea was calculated after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal. In the treatment experiment,eighty 52-day-old diarrhea piglets were selected and randomly divided into 4groups,added 2%,1% and 0. 5% of Qinyu powder,200 mg/kg·w Changzhi-kang for 5 consecutive days respectively. The curative effects after withdrawal were calculated. Results: The results showed that Qinyu powder could effectively prevent and treat diarrhea of piglets. The recommended prevention dose was that 0. 5% Qinyu powder in the basal diet for 7 days. The recommended treatment dose was that 1% Qinyu powder was supplemented in the feed for 5 days. Conclusion: Qinyu powder could be used to prevent and treat bacterial diarrhea in piglets.
