【摘要】 目的:采用Meta分析方法对比中医传统疗法和常规西药治疗外展神经麻痹的临床疗效,以期为临床提供严谨的循证医学证据。方法:全面检索文献,收集国内已公开发表的采用中医传统疗法治疗外展神经麻痹的临床随机对照试验共5项,按Cochrane Reviewers Handbook和Jadad评分标准对纳入分析的文献进行质量评估,用Rev Man 5.3进行Meta分析,评价中医传统疗法对外展神经麻痹的临床疗效。结果:临床总有效率的合并效应量检验结果为Z=3.81（P=0.0001）,OR_合并=4.66,95%CI为[2.11,10.28],两组间差异有统计学意义;眼球运动度的合并效应量的检验结果为Z=26.70（P<0.0001）,MD_合并=4.58,95%CI为[4.24,4.91],两组间差异有统计学意义。结论:针刺、推拿、中药穴位注射等中医传统疗法对外展神经麻痹患者的临床治疗总有效率和眼球运动度的改善情况优于单纯常规西药治疗的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） therapies and western medicine in treatment of abducens nerve paralysis based on meta-analysis, in order to provide rigorous evidences of evidence-based medicine for clinical practice. Methods: Collected 5 domestic published RCTs on TCM therapies for abducens nerve paralysis through comprehensive retrieval of literatures, assessed their quality by score criterions of Cochrane Reviewers Handbook and Jadad, and meta-analysis was conducted with Rev Man 5.3 to evaluate the efficacy of TCM therapies in treatment of abducens nerve paralysis. Results: The combined effect quantity of overall response rate was: Z=3.81（P=0.0001）, OR-_combined=4.66, 95%CI[2.11,10.28], which showed that the differences between two groups had statistical significance; the combined effect quantity of eye movement was: Z=26.70（P<0.0001）,MD_combined=4.58, 95%CI[4.24,4.91],which showed that the differences between two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion: The overall response rate and improvement of eye movement of TCM therapies included acupuncture,massage and acupoint injection for abducens nerve paralysis are better than those of conventional western medicine.更多还原
