【摘要】 目的:探讨先天性鼻泪管阻塞的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院眼科门诊2013年12月~2015年6月就诊的151例(176眼)经保守治疗无效的先天性鼻泪管阻塞患儿,按年龄分为3~6月龄组和7~18月龄组,先予行泪道冲洗,2~3次无效后再予行泪道探通术。观察两种方法的治愈率。结果:泪道冲洗治愈37眼,治愈率21.02%;泪道探通术一次性探通成功率:3~6月龄组治愈117眼,治愈率92.86%;7~18月龄治愈8眼,治愈率61.54%。结论:泪道冲洗是先天性鼻泪管阻塞的首选治疗方法,若无效应及时行泪道探通术。而泪道探通术最佳干预时间为3~6个月,1次性探通成功率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic methods of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 151 cases(176 eyes) of children with congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction unresponsive to conservative treatment in ophthalmic clinic of our hospital from Dec 2013 to Jun 2015,and divided the children into two groups of 3-6 months and 7-18 months according to their age,the two groups were treated by lacrimal irrigation,then by probing of lacrimal passage if it was ineffective after 2-3 times of lacrimal irrigation.Observed the cured rate of the two methods.Results:The lacrimal irrigation had cured 37 eyes,which cured rate was 21.02%;the one-time probing success rate of the probing of lacrimal passage were:117 eyes in 3-6 months group had been cured,the cured rate was 92.86%;8 eyes in 7-18 months had been cured,the cured rate was 61.54%.Conclusion:Lacrimal irrigation is the preferred treatment for congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction,but the probing of lacrimal passage should be used in time if lacrimal irrigation is ineffective.The optimal intervention time is 3-6 months,which one-time probing success rate is high.更多还原
