【摘要】 目的:分析宫腔镜下黏膜下Ⅱ型子宫肌瘤电切术的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择庐江县人民医院收治的30例子宫黏膜下Ⅱ型肌瘤患者,将其作为实验组,全部患者均给予宫腔镜下电切术治疗;并选择同期黏膜下Ⅱ型子宫肌瘤患者30例,将其作为对照组,全部患者均给予开腹手术治疗。结果:在手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间方面,实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);在术后疼痛以及术后病率方面,实验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对患者进行随访发现,实验组中并没有患者发生并发症。结论:在对黏膜下Ⅱ型子宫肌瘤患者进行治疗时,宫腔镜下电切术治疗具有比较显著的临床效果,而且安全、微创,术后恢复快,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of hysteroscopic submucous typeⅡuterine myoma electrotomy.Methods:30 cases of uterine mucosa in Lujiang People’s Hospital were typeⅡmyoma,as the experimental group,all patients given hysteroscopic electroresection were selected;Ⅱsubmucosal myoma of uterus in 30 cases,the control group,all patients were given open surgery.Results:the operation time,bleeding volume and hospitalization time,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05) in postoperative pain and operation; After the disease rate,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); the patients were found in the experimental group,and no complications.Conclusion:in the treatment of submucous myoma of uterus in patients with typeⅡ,hysteroscopic resection treatment has significant clinical effect,which is safe,minimally invasive,and rapid in postoperative recovery with clinical application value.更多还原
