【Abstract】 Scientific and technological achievements transformation is a major way to implement the innovationdriven development strategy and also an important link between economic development and science and technology.In national innovation system,colleges and universities play a significant role,where patents are a major form of scientific and technological achievements.Timely and effective transformation of patents can promote the industry-university-research cooperation and stimulate regional economic growth.To make greater contributions to the innovation-driven development in Anhui Province,colleges and universities need to increase their awareness for patent transformation,improve their patent operation capacity,and to optimize patent transformation system.更多还原
