【摘要】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)致病多为"本虚标实"之证,临证论治亦从虚、痰、瘀考虑。气虚为其始动和根本因素,痰饮血瘀是重要病理产物,而气道重塑为慢阻肺重要的病理学表现,本文拟从活血通络角度对慢阻肺气道重塑的研究进展进行综合阐述。这对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的防治提供了新的思路,为解决临床难治性疾病的问题具有重大的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is the syndrome " deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality",and the clinical treatment is also from the virtual, phlegm and blood stasis. Qi deficiency is the initial and basic factor, phlegm and blood stasis are the important pathological product, and airway remodeling is pathological manifestations. This paper intended to com-prehensively expound the research progress on the airway remodeling of chronic obstructive pulmonary from the angle of promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction. This provided a new idea for the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it had great practical significance to solve the problem of clinical refractory disease.更多还原
