【摘要】 对高等中医教育改革近20年在人才培养模式方面取得的经验进行总结,即树立了具有中医特色的培养标准,构建遵循中医药人才成长规律的培养模式,建立相应的评价与管理机制。继往经验对中医高等教育在新形势的发展有所启示:一方面要与现代科技相结合,充分发挥中医特色;另一方面,应立足宏观环境,充分利用有利条件,谋求高等中医教育发展的特色道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experience of the reform of higher education of Chinese medicine in the last 20 years in the talent training mode was sum-marized, which contains the following parts: creation of the TCM-style cultivation standard, construction of the cultivation pattern which follows talent training laws and the establishment of corresponding evaluation and management system. To develop higher education under new situation, past experience tells us that modern technology should play a role in exerting TCM characteristics. In addition, we should pay more attention to the macro environment and make full use of our advantages to inquire a better road for TCM higher education.更多还原
