【摘要】 目的观察评价芨芍愈疡汤治疗胃溃疡临床疗效与安全性。方法 2013年1月—2015年1月,对照组、观察组各纳入胃疡患者64例,分别给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊、芨芍愈疡汤治疗,对比临床疗效。结果观察组胃镜评价痊愈+显效率高于对照组、无效率对于对照组,差异具体统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生不良反应3例,治疗后Hp感染14例,对照组未不良反应4例,Hp阳性14例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芨芍愈疡汤治疗胃溃疡可加速溃疡面愈合,且不会增加不良反应发生风险,但也不会增进Hp根除效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of Jishao Yuyang decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, control group and observation group included 64 cases of patients with gastric ulcer, respectively. The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsules. The observation group was treated with Jishao Yuyang decoction. The clinical curative effect was compared. Results The gastroscope appraisal cure rate and markedly effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the invalid rate of the onservation group was lower than that of the control group, and differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05). Conclusion The Jishao Yuyang decoction in the treatment of gastric ulce can accelerate the ulcer surface heal, which will not increase the risk of adverse reactions, but it will not enhance the effectiveness of Hp eradication更多还原
