熔融沉积快速成型中扫描填充速度的工艺研究
Scanning Filling Velocity in Rapid Prototyping of Fused Deposition
【摘要】 熔融沉积快速成型是当代较为流行的先进制造技术之一。基于试件在快速成型后的质量精度问题,探究了扫描填充速度工艺因素对试件质量精度的影响。通过运用高斯热源模型与单元生死技术,攻克了喷头热源处理不恰当和扫描填充速度难以精确模拟的难题,最终成功模拟出了不同扫描填充速度对成型试件质量精度的影响规律。仿真分析结果表明:在成型过程中选择合理的扫描填充速度可以降低成型件的应力分布和成型后残余应力值,并可大范围地缩小应力值波动区间。
【Abstract】 The influence of filling speed on the product quality was investigated in fused deposition modeling prototyping.Through the use of Gaussian model and element birth and death technology, the heat source and filling speed problems were solved, which is difficult to simulate the problem accurately. Finally, the effect of different scanning speed on the quality was analyzed. The simulation results indicate that choosing appropriate filling speed can reduce the stress, residual stress and the range of stress value fluctuation on the surface of the specimen effectively while the samples are made.
