船用43CrNiSiMoV钢在热处理中的性能变化
Performance of Marine 43CrNiSiMoV Steel in Heat Treatment Process
【摘要】 以正火态43CrNiSiMoV钢为实验对象,研究了消除热应力处理过程中温度和处理次数对其拉伸、冲击性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当处理温度为540℃时,实验钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度、断面收缩率和冲击性能得到了较好的匹配;随着热处理次数的增加,其屈服强度、抗拉强度和冲击韧度有所下降,断面收缩率有所上升;实验钢具有较好的抵抗低温裂纹扩展的能力和抗硫化氢腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 Taking normalized 43 CrNiSiMoV steel as the research object, the influence of temperature and treatment numbers on the tensile properties, impact toughness and corrosion resistance of the steel were analyzed. The results show that, when heat treated at 540 ℃, the yield strength, tensile strength, reduction of area and impact toughness of the steel have a good match; by increasing the number of treatment cycles, the yield strength, tensile strength and impact toughness of the steel decreases but the reduction of area increases; the steel has good resistance on cracking propagation at low temperature and the good corrosion resistance on hydrogen sulfide.
