【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of casting producing, an automatic 3D measurement technology of castings was used. The automatic 3D measurement technology with non-contact 3D measurement instruments using structured light technology can obtain the detailed 3D information of free surfaces in a short period of time. By combining industrial robot with structured 3D measurement instrument, and taking automation techniques, the rapid automatic 3D measurement of castings can be realized. Inspection results are compared with the designed model to optimize and improve the casting process.更多还原
