冷却水量对无氧铜连铸坯凝固传热影响规律的研究
Effect of Cooling Water on Solidification and Heat Transfer in Oxygen-free Copper Continuous Casting Slab
【摘要】 结晶器是板坯连铸机的核心部件。掌握板坯在不同冷却水量条件下其内部的温度场分布情况以及铸坯在结晶器出口处温度与冷却水量的关系,对优化工艺参数、提高铸坯质量有决定性的作用。以某铜加工厂连铸机为研究对象,通过ESI PROCAST专业铸造软件对其温度场进行数值模拟,探究冷却水量大小对温度场及凝固场的影响,得出冷却水量越大,温度降低越快,凝固越快的结论;通过MATLAB拟合函数,找出铸坯在结晶器出口处温度与冷却水量之间的函数关系。
【Abstract】 Casting mold is the most important part of slab casting machine. Mastering the temperature distribution in the mould and the relationship between the temperature of casting slab at the mould outlet and cooling water is important for optimizing process parameters and promoting the quality of continuous casting slab. Taking a casting machine in a copper processing factory as research object, by the simulation on for the temperature field based on ESI PROCAST, the influence of cooling water on temperature field and solidification field was studied, By MATLAB fitting function, the relationship between the temperature of continuous casting billet at the mould outlet and the volume of cooling water was obtained. The results show that the greater the cooling water of mould is, the faster the decrease of temperature and the freezing rate is.
