汽车框架用Q800E钢热处理后冷却工艺对力学性能影响
Effect of Cooling Process on Mechanical Properties of Q800E Steel after Heat Treatment
【摘要】 冷却工艺对金属材料的组织和力学性能有着非常重要的影响。以汽车框架用Q800E钢为实验研究对象,研究了不同冷却速度和不同终冷温度下的汽车框架用Q800E钢的力学性能和显微组织。实验结果表明,汽车框架用Q800E钢在冷却速度为50℃/s,终冷温度为200℃时,具有最优的综合力学性能。
【Abstract】 Taking building Q800 E steel pipe as research object, the mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel under different cooling rate and final cooling temperature were researched. The experimental results show that the Q800 E steel pipe has the best comprehensive mechanical properties at the cooling rate of 50 ℃/s and the final cooling temperature of 200 ℃.
