转炉增容后吊车梁承载能力研究

【摘要】 以某厂吊车梁为研究对象,针对转炉进行增容改造后其承载能力的问题,运用有限元技术对指定吊车梁的承载能力进行研究。首先对吊车梁整体CAE建模,再按照最危险的两种载荷工况,应用Optistruct软件对吊车梁的应力场进行了有限元仿真分析,分不考虑冲击系数和考虑冲击系数两种情况计算得到应力云图,最后对两种承载工况的仿真结果进行强度校核。结果表明:现有吊车梁能够满足转炉增容后的承载要求。目前,C-D跨吊车梁已经安全工作近十年,事实证明了结论的正确。

【Abstract】 Taking the crane beam in a factory as the research object, aimed at the carrying capacity of crane beam after converter increasing capacity, the bearing capacity of the crane beam was simulated by finite element technique. First an overall CAE model of the crane beam was established, and then the stress field of crane beam was simulated and analyzed using Optistruct software according to the two kinds of the most dangerous load conditions, the stress cloud images are calculated by two cases with impact factor and without impact factor, and the simulation results of two kinds of load cases are checked in strength. The results show that the existing crane beam can meet the load demand of the converter capacity.At present, the C-D span crane beam has been safe for nearly ten years, facts have proved that the conclusion is correct.
