【摘要】 目的:本文主要探讨心可舒片治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛的临床应用价值。方法:在我院2014年9月—2015年9月所收治的冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者中选取60例作为此次研究对象,将60例冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组患者给予常规西药进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予心可舒片进行治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者在心绞痛症状治疗总有效率、心电图疗效明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本次研究结果表明,临床治疗冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者时,在常规西医药物治疗的基础上,给予患者心可舒片进行治疗,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,有效改善患者心绞痛症状,值得大力推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This paper mainly discusses the clinical application value of Xinkeshu tablets in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris, treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015, were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group, the control group were treated with routine western medicine while the observation group were treated with Xinkeshu tablets on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the therapeutic effects of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment of angina pectoris and ECG efficacy of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The results indicated that Xinkeshu tablets helped to improve the therapeutic effect and relieve the patient’s symptoms effectively in he treatment of unstable angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, and it was worthy of wide application and promotion.更多还原
