【摘要】 目的:观察改良法中药皮肤透析对慢性肾功能衰竭患者皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法:将80例并发皮肤瘙痒的慢性肾衰患者按随机单盲法分为两组,对照组采用常规血液透析+常规护理+常规中药皮肤透析治疗,治疗组采用常规血液透析+常规护理+改良法中药皮肤透析治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后皮肤瘙痒症状积分的改变及血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺素的变化。结果:治疗8个疗程后,治疗组皮肤瘙痒症状积分较治疗前及对照组均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良法中药皮肤透析可有效改善慢性肾衰患者皮肤瘙痒症状,提高患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the improved TCM medicine skin dialysis on skin pruritus in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: 80 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into 2 groups; the control group took conventional hemodialysis + conventional nursing + conventional TCM skin dialysis; the treatment group took conventional hemodialysis + conventional nursing + the improved TCM medicine skin dialysis. Results: In the treatment group, skin pruritus symptoms were significantly lower than before treatment and the control group; the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The improved TCM medicine can effectively relieve the skin pruritus, and improve quality of life.更多还原
