【摘要】 目的:客观评价我院用药不良反应的发生率、发生类型、发生的严重程度及影响因素,分析不合理用药与不良反应发生的关系。方法:使用电子表格及手工筛选,按患者性别、年龄、药品类别,不良反应表现类型和给药途径等对我院2014年的住院患者进行不良反应进行统计学分析。结果:药品不良反应涉及的药品以抗感染类最多,药品不良反应以皮肤及其附件的损害最多见。结论:加强药品不良反应监测工作,保障公众用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the incidence, types, severity and the influential factors of drug adverse reactions and to analyze the relationship of unreasonable prescription and adverse drug reaction. Method: Statistical analysis of adverse reactions of in-patients in our hospital in 2014 was made by using EXCEL spreadsheets combined with manual screening according to patients’ gender, age, drug categories, types of adverse reaction and drug delivery route. Results: Anti infection drug was the main kind of drugs causing adverse drug reactions and the most common adverse drug reactions was damage of skin and its accessories. Conclusion: We should reinforce the monitoring work of adverse drug reaction and ensure the public medication safety.更多还原
