【摘要】 目的:评价中药临床药学及临床中药师的作用,同时重点探讨怎样提升临床中药师的作用,有效发挥其才能。方法:笔者随机选择2014年3月-2015年3月在河南省西华县人民医院各个科室接受诊断以及治疗的90例病患,均分成两组。实验组45例,对照组45例。其中,对照组病患以中医加西医为主要手段开展各项治疗活动,实验组则以中药临床药学作为参考指标开展各项治疗活动,并对两组病患的治疗满意程度、住院费用、纠纷发生机率等进行对比。结果:研究发现两组病患在治疗满意程度、住院费用、纠纷发生机率等指标之间明显表现出差异(P<0.05)。结论:在中药临床药学的直接引导下,临床中药师的作用更加突出,除了是提升病患治疗效果的重要保证,同时还是改善医患间矛盾关系的主要对象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the role of TCM clinical pharmacology and pharmacists, and investigate how to enhance the role of clinical pharmacists, in order to effectively exert their ability. Methods: 90 patients were divided into two groups, 45 cases in each. The control group took the integrative medicine. The exprimental group was treated based on clinical pharmacy of TCM. Results: Differences between two groups in treatment satisfaction level, hospitalization costs, dispute chance and other indicators were obviously significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Under the direct guidance of TCM clinical pharmacology, the role of clinical pharmacists was more prominent, not only can enhance the therapeutic effect, but also can improve the doctor-patient conflicts.更多还原
